Designed to be a wake-up light for people who experience difficulties getting up in the morning -- a gentle light signal prepares the body for wakefulness, rather than a shouty alarm clock pulling you drastically from your sweet dream. This is never a cutting edge technology but another retro for offering homage to the old habits human beings has been acquired for millions of years.

Ancient Chinese once held their original cosmological concept from the yin-yang theory.

They believed the structure of the universe consists of a circular celestial dome above a quadrilateral Pangaea terra firma (tiān yuán dì fāng, directly translated to, circle heaven and square earth).

Learning from antique wisdom, the design follows a basic idea of using a sphere and a cube as the shape of the structure. The contemplation is to create a sensation of equilibrium, calm and harmony.

The lighting is never only about illumination intensity, but a perception of temperature too. A wide variety of colour shades intuitively represents different temperatures, moods, and ambience.

By manipulating the temperature and intensity, a sequence of combinations of these two factors is empirically proposed to the users along with the waking up procedure, ensuring a gradual variance in a soft and gentle fashion.
